EXPANSION OF EXPORT MARKETS

UAB "Plamega" is implementing a project aimed at increasing the company's competitiveness and internationalization. Upon project completion, an annual revenue growth of more than 10% from exports is projected.

The total project value is EUR 182,439.00, of which EUR 91,219.50 is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

The project began on November 14, 2023, and will be completed by October 31, 2026.

COMPLEX AUTOMATION AND ROBOTIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

UAB "Plamega" is implementing the project "Complex Automation and Robotization of the Production Technological Process." The project is being carried out under the partially funded measure “Industry Digitalization LT” from the European Regional Development Fund.

Funding of up to EUR 405,232.00 has been allocated for eligible expenses. The total project value is EUR 1,156,520.00.

The project began on November 10, 2020, and was completed by September 30, 2023.

As part of the project, the company acquired a plastic injection molding machine with accessories and laser tube processing equipment. Collaborative robots and software were implemented to automate and optimize technological processes, integrating existing and newly acquired equipment.

The implementation of the project creates conditions for continuous improvement of the company's performance and productivity growth, which are essential for the sustainable and long-term development of the company. This will provide direct benefits to the company for many years after the project's completion.The modern equipment introduced will enable the company to produce more efficiently, with lower costs, thus enhancing its competitiveness in both local and international markets.

UAB Plamega’s Participation in International Exhibitions

UAB Plamega, a company providing manufacturing services for metal and plastic products as well as technical solutions, operates as an industrial subcontractor capable of handling both small and large-scale orders. The majority of its production is exported. The company is currently implementing the project “UAB Plamega’s Participation in International Exhibitions,” project No. 03.2.1-LVPA-K-801-05-0065. This project is partially funded by the European Union Structural Funds under the measure “New Opportunities LT.” Up to EUR 41,992 in funding has been allocated to cover eligible expenses.

Through the project, the company will participate in major exhibitions in target export markets relevant to its industry. These events will provide opportunities to establish productive business contacts with clients and business partners interested in the company's products. Participation in the exhibitions is a comprehensive opportunity to: learn about innovations in target markets and apply them to the company’s operations; present the company’s brand and products to exhibition participants and visitors, thereby enhancing its product image in current and target export countries; analyze competitor products, assess their competitive advantages, and identify trends within the industry.

All planned international exhibitions focus on subcontracting solutions for the metal processing sector, new materials and equipment, and a wide spectrum of other developments relevant to the engineering industry.

After completing the project, the company’s increased competitiveness and export volumes will improve its productivity and profitability. These are essential conditions for sustainable and long-term company development, ensuring direct benefits for years to come. The project will also build the company’s long-term reputation and added value. Increased export volumes will enable further technological modernization, facilitating the production of high-quality products and services.
